Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the website duxly.eu and services provided by Duxly Europe B.V., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the website or use our services.
Description of Services
Duxly provides digital consulting, e-commerce development, platform migration, optimization, and related services. The specific scope of services will be defined in individual agreements with clients.
Intellectual Property
The website and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Duxly Europe B.V. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom code developed specifically for their projects, unless otherwise agreed.
User Responsibilities
You agree to use our website and services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Payment Terms
Payment terms for services are specified in individual project agreements. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due within 14 days of receipt. We reserve the right to suspend services for overdue payments.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Duxly Europe B.V. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Amsterdam.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
