Vintage Jewellery: Lightspeed C-Series to Shopify Migration for Two Stores
Two Lightspeed C-Series stores migrated to Shopify, while keeping Airtable content workflows, custom data sync, label flows, refunds, stock logic, and investor reporting intact.
The Challenge
Vintage Jewellery operates two stores: vintagejewellery.com and 2dehandssieraden.nl. The business was moving from Lightspeed C-Series to Shopify, but this was not just a storefront migration.
The operation depended on Airtable content management, detailed jewellery attributes, ring sizes, extra product fields, translations, label and printer flows, stock sync, order/refund processing, weekly reports, and investor reporting. A standard connector would not cover the full operational reality.
Our Solution
Duxly migrated both stores to Shopify and rebuilt the existing Airtable Content Manager around the new Shopify setup.
SyncBase handles the Airtable-to-Shopify foundation. Where standard sync logic was not enough, Duxly added tailored automation for product conversion, metafield and metaobject mapping, inventory updates, sales webhooks, refund processing, label printing, and weekly reporting.
The key was solution architecture first: decide which system owns which data, then connect Shopify, Airtable, SyncBase, and the reporting datahub into one working operation.
