Shopify + Centra + Promese integration that unifies B2C, B2B, and logistics operations.
The Challenge
New Amsterdam Surf Association is a premium streetwear and surf brand operating across B2C and B2B. Their stack included Shopify, Lightspeed, Centra, and a fulfillment partner, but the systems did not talk to each other.
Orders were split across channels, stock was hard to trust, and shipment updates arrived late or not at all. The team spent too much time reconciling data across platforms instead of running the business.
Our Solution
We built an integration layer that connects Shopify, Lightspeed, Centra (B2B), Promese (fulfillment via FTP), and Airtable operations.
