The Challenge
EPD International is a European brand selling across 5 platforms in 7 languages. For every new product line, each SKU had to be manually entered 9 times — once per platform and language combination. Launching a product meant 4 hours of copy-paste work before a single item went live.
Errors crept in. Translations were inconsistent. The team was doing data entry instead of growing the business. With Lightspeed as their base, the existing setup offered no way to manage content centrally or push updates efficiently.
