How our AI assistant independently sends professional client emails — with branded signature and team review.
The Challenge
During implementation projects, there's a lot of client communication: status updates, schedule changes, go-live confirmations. Every email needs to be professional, on-brand, and in the right tone of voice. That takes time — time the team would rather spend on the implementation itself.
Our Solution
Dux Lee is connected to implementatie@duxly.nl and can independently draft and send HTML emails. Each email automatically includes the Duxly-branded signature with team photo and contact details. The process: a team member or client requests an update, Dux drafts the email with the right context and tone, the team reviews the draft, and after approval the email is sent. The recipient sees a fully professional email — indistinguishable from one written manually.
